Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UK and during peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
Adeline London is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions or public holidays. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@adelinelondon.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
